Dookie Dashers provides professional pet waste removal services in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert, Arizona. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer recurring and one-time services. Recurring services continue on a weekly or bi-weekly basis until cancelled. You may cancel recurring service at any time with no cancellation fee by calling (480) 251-7095 or emailing info@dookiedashers.com.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and legal access to your property on scheduled service days. Please secure any aggressive animals before our arrival. We are not liable for damages resulting from unsecured pets or property hazards not disclosed at time of booking.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Same-day cancellations for one-time services may incur a $10 fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of extreme weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to one complimentary return visit per service date.
Dookie Dashers is not responsible for pre-existing lawn damage, yard conditions beyond our control, or damage resulting from undisclosed hazards. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
