No! Most customers are not home during service. We just need access to your backyard — through a gate code, unlocked gate, or by letting us in when we arrive. We'll note your access preferences on your account.
Never. All of our services are month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel anytime with just a phone call or email. No cancellation fees.
We currently serve Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert, Arizona. If you're just outside these areas, give us a call — we may be able to accommodate you.
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. For recurring services, we bill monthly in advance. For one-time cleanups, payment is due at time of service.
Arizona rain is rare, but when it does happen we'll reschedule your visit to the next available day at no extra charge. We'll always give you a heads-up if weather causes a delay.
Yes! We always bag and remove all waste from your property. You'll never have to deal with disposal. Your yard will be left completely clean.
